A fantastic opportunity is available to work with our great team in a rapidly growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment in Hobart. Using your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills you will work with our friendly and dedicated team to provide a professional support service to our students.

We are seeking multiple applicants for positions below with relevant industry experience:

  • Student Recruitment Officer
  • Student support officer/s
  • Admin Officer/s
  • Admin Manager
  • Marketing Officer/s
  • Marketing Manager/s
  • Business Development Manager/s

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
  • Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
  • Ensure professional development is continuously maintained.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies.
  • Ensure professional, prompt, and friendly student support service across campus operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Able to work independently and autonomously in a fast pace environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, decision making and negotiation skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's 2015, National Code 2018, NVR requirements and ESOS Act 2000.
  • Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
  • Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
  • Ensure professional development is continuously maintained.
  • Result-focused individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
